has an offer from East Carolina for football.

Wynn played running back and safety last season for Monroe. He’s been making plays at
the varsity level since his freshman year.

Foggie is a prototypical possession wide receiver. At 6-3, 200 pounds, he’s a big target for
High Point Central’s fast-paced offense.

Mullis played linebacker and tight end last season for Central Cabarrus. He was a defensive
end as a sophomore at Monroe before transferring.

Washington is already getting attention from schools like App State, South Carolina State
and UNC Charlotte. He’s a bigger framed running back at 6-2, 190 pounds.

Rhinehardt has great body control for a wide receiver and he also made a lot of plays at
safety. He has a ton of upside and will be one to watch during his senior year.

At 6-6, 270 pounds, Passmore more than passes the look test. He is very athletic for his
size and although he’s still learning the position, he has a lot to work with.
71 Jaylin Jeffries DE/LB N/A Williams
Jeffries is a stout 6-0, 220 pounds and one of the top linebackers in the area. He already has
offers from Ball State and Old Dominion and also was impressive at running back in 2012.

Brown received an early offer from Duke due to his playmaking abilities on both sides of the
ball. He’s a big reason why Davidson Day has won t wo consecutive state titles.

Nash is 6-3, 245 pounds and can play a number of positions on the defensive side of the
ball. He saw time last season at defensive end, defensive tackle and linebacker.

Moseley has an early offer from East Carolina and the Pirates like him at cornerback. He is
an also a big-play wide receiver for the Panthers.
75 Raheem Bowden WR N/A Richmond Senior
Bowden is a big-play wide receiver for Richmond. The Raiders don’t throw the ball a ton but
when they do it usually goes to Bowden.
76 Kalin McNeil ATH N/A Northeast Guilford
Mc Neil made plays at running back, linebacker and receiver, but is likely a safety at the next
level. He is 6-2, 180 pounds and already has an offer from East Carolina.
77 Emiere Scaife QB App State Mallard Creek
Scaife is extremely athletic but is a little bit raw with his throwing mechanics. His best years
are in front of him and he’s the signal-caller for arguably the top team in the state.
78 Jalin Moore RB N/A Crest
Moore battled injuries last season but when he was healthy, he was extremely productive.
He is one of the top running backs in a loaded 2014 class.
79 Drew Turnage ATH East Carolina Ayden-Grifton
Turnage is dynamic on both sides of the ball for Ayden-Grifton. He’s an early commitment
to ECU and the Pirates are projecting him to play safety.
80 Byron Summey DT N/A Mount Tabor
Summey is a beast on the defensive side of the ball. He’s quick off the ball and uses his
hands well. He’s all of 6-4, 285 pounds.
81 Jake Boulware TE N/A Statesville
Boulware has solid hands and he’s a good blocker. Statesville made a deep run in the playoffs last season and Boulware will be one of the Greyhounds’ senior leaders this season.
82 King Kiaku LB N/A Middle Creek
Kiaku is 6-1, 205 pounds and plays the game the way it is meant to be played. He’s a hard
hitter and has solid coverage skills at linebacker.

Ratliff has a great frame and moves well for his size. He’s a guy that should get some offers
this summer as he attends a number of college camps.
84 Josh Armstrong DE/LB N/A Terry Sanford
Armstrong played mostly defensive end last season for Terry Sanford but he’s a guy that
could also play linebacker. He’s 6-4, 220 pounds and was one of the top players in the
Fayetteville area in 2012.
85 Dijon Kenan DT N/A Wallace-Rose Hill
Kenan is a little undersized at 6-0, 260 pounds but he makes up for it in athleticism. He’s
so quick off the ball and can also play fullback.
86 Lemar Harris QB N/A Millbrook
Harris impressed many at a Shrine Bowl combine in the spring. He also lit up defenses in
the Raleigh area last fall.
87 Lamar Raynard QB N/A ndrews
Raynard has been the starting quarterback at Andrews since his sophomore year. He made
some great strides last season and is one of the top signal-callers in the state.
88 Taylor Woods RB N/A Havelock
On most teams Woods would be the clear No. 1 running back. Unfortunately at Havelock,
he splits time with Derrell Scott. Woods is a solid prospect as well and has attracted attention from a number of D-I schools.
89 Kendrick Richardson ATH N/A Northern Nash
Richardson made plays on both sides of the ball last season for Northern Nash. He’s one of
the best t wo-way players in the state and could be a legitimate FBS prospect at linebacker
and wide receiver.
90 Logan Sedergren DB N/A Concord
Sedergren played a big role in Concord’s state title appearance last season. He can play
safety or linebacker and has great size at 6-3, 195 pounds.
